DATA

PREDICT is committed to open data. We work with our host government partners around the world to review and approve project data and information for public release. Once approved, One Health surveillance and virus finding data are made freely available to the global community through multiple platforms and in accessible and user-friendly formats.

INTERACTIVE SURVEILLANCE & VIRUS DATA

PREDICT’s partner HealthMap displays our data in a user-friendly and interactive map interface. Through HealthMap, you can explore where we sampled, what viruses we detected, view “hotspots” for virus emergence, and navigate to virus sequences in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Genbank sequence database. In addition, HealthMap provides real-time health alerts for disease threats and trends around the world. Through a free registration process, you can download PREDICT data as a .csv file for further exploration and analysis. Visit the site here.

HOW DO WE USE OUR DATA?

Want to learn about where, when, and how new pandemics could emerge?  Our team of scientists is working with our data and other publicly available datasets to gain insights into how viruses spillover and spread from wildlife to people.   Learn more here.

On March 17, 2020 we presented our successes and currently available findings in Washington, DC. Download the presentation here.
